A Relaxed Night of Le Marche Wines

This Thursday, March 26, dinner service at Via Cassia will come with a special addition. The team from Garofoli will be moving through the dining room, pouring their wines and seamlessly folding into the rhythm of the evening. It’s a chance to taste four of their varietals, and connect directly with the people behind the bottles, all while learning more about their vineyards in Le Marche, the wine region best known for Verdicchio.

Open Book Signing Event Monday January 5th, 3 - 5pm

Join us at Via Cassia in Hudson for an afternoon with celebrated food and travel writer Katie Parla, celebrating the release of her new book, Rome.

From 3–5pm, we’ll host an open book signing event welcoming all guests. Books will be available for purchase onsite, and Katie will be in attendance to personally sign and personalize each copy.

Join us Monday, January 5th for an intimate author dinner with acclaimed food writer Katie Parla, celebrating the release of her new book, Rome. Enjoy a Roman-inspired menu crafted in collaboration with Katie and built around the dishes and stories from the book.

Each ticket includes one copy of her new book titled Rome, with Katie on hand to personally sign and meet guests throughout the evening.
